Bookings & Payments
Bookings are made and paid securely online by card. For intensive courses, the amount collected online holds your chosen dates, instructor, and car; the remaining balance of the course fee is paid directly to your instructor. Beginner offers are paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, please provide at least 7 days notice where possible. Cancellations made within 7 days may result in loss of the amount paid at booking. In the event of illness or genuine emergency, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable alternative date or consider a refund.
Practical & Theory Test Booking
Practical and theory tests are not included in our courses. Both must be booked independently through the DVSA website. Test availability is determined by the DVSA and is outside our control. We recommend booking your theory test approximately two weeks before your practical training begins.
Lessons & Conduct
Lessons must commence on the agreed date and time. Learners are expected to arrive on time, be sober, alert, and capable of learning. Dangerous or aggressive behaviour, or behaviour that endangers the instructor, other road users, or the vehicle, may result in immediate termination of lessons without refund.
Liability
While we take every care to provide safe, professional instruction, Learners' Club cannot be held responsible for test failures, delays in DVSA or DVLA processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You drive at your own risk and are responsible for all third-party liability whilst under instruction.
Changes to These Terms
Learners' Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
